Session 3: Options for the U.S. Relationship to an International Climate Change Regime

Following SEI’s events on January 13 and February 24, which reviewed the current status of international climate change discussions and the policy options available in the U.S. to address greenhouse gas emissions, this third session in our “Next Steps Post-Kyoto” Series focused on possible alternatives for the U.S. relationship to an international climate change regime.
